About Juliana

Juliana is a native of Brazil and grew up in the kitchen - her father had an Italian Restaurant and she got used to watching him and the cooks go at it on a daily basis. Inspired by her childhood experience, she trained in Europe and perfected her craft, while learning new techniques and cooking lingo. She defines her cooking as  "Euro-Brazilian Fusion", a great name to begin describing her amazing concoctions, but not broad enough to label it, especially after you have watched her in action and sampled some of her irresistible and original creations. Despite the complex background, Juliana defines her approach as uncomplicated: she sticks to the basics and uses far fewer ingredients than one would think.
